TIMELINE OF AUTHOR'S SALARY AND IF YOU HAVE PAYMENT PROBLEM HOW TO ASK FOR HELP SO THAT CS CAN SOLVE IT MORE QUICKLY
1- From 1st-5th of the month--> The previous month's income for each book will be generated internally and the system will verify the content for any violation issue.
2- 5th of the month at 12:00 pm --> Income of cleared books will be reflected in the "Balance" of the author center so that the author can start withdrawing. (In case of any calculation issues, please open a ticket at https://cs.novafiction.com/, provide all the detailed information regarding the calculation issue and our team will help you to verify).
3- 5th-10th of the month--> withdrawal time period. Please withdraw the income within this specific time. The withdrawal ends at 12 pm on the 10th.
4- 11th-15th of the month--> Our finance department processes the withdrawal applications.
5- 15th-25th of the month--> Transfer Period. You are kindly requested to remain patient for the transfer during this time period. PayPal, Payoneer and Bank Transfer will proceed accordingly with our internal procedures. We'll reach out to you in case there's any further information required that needs to be provided in order to conduct the transaction. (Please don't urge or ask for the payment within this time frame).
6- After 26th onwards--> Payment troubleshooting. In case, you did not receive the payment by now, please open a ticket at https://cs.novelstar.top/, provide all the detailed information regarding the payment issue and our team will help you to verify.
