HOW TO SUBMIT A TICKET

Please follow the steps below to sumbit a ticket!

1. Click "submit a ticket"

2. Choose your category issue

3. Fill in your name and email

4. If you are one of our author don't forget to mention :

- Your UID

- Book title

- Pen name

- Phone model

- IOS / Android

- APP version

so we can identify and escalate quickly

5. If you are one of our readers, don't forget to mention your Novelstar UID

6. Choose your issue priority level (low-medium-high)

7. Fill the "subject" column with the main issue (2-4 word)

8. Write down your issue or question in detail in "message" column

9. Add your proof of the queries in a screenshot form in the "attachment" column

10. Write the number down in order in line with the "SPAM prevention" box

11. Click "submit"
